The Middlefield Students' Council is composed of approximately twenty students who are either elected orappointed. The council meets weekly throughout the year to plan and coordinate activities for the entire student body. The Students' Council is the umbrella organization for all clubs in the school and has representation from many of them. It operates under a Constitution that was drafted by Middlefield students. Elected executive positions are: President, Vice-President, Social Coordinator and Spirit Coordinator. Appointed positions include: Charity Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Treasurer, and Publicity Coordinators. The council also includes representatives from Athletics, the Arts, the Yearbook and MCI Enterprises and grade representatives. Students' Council positions are open to any Middlefield student with a great academic standing.
